The interest of large companies grows for investing in startups

El Mercurio newspaper published interesting and complete radiography of the corporate risk capital industry (CVC). There are details about who is CVC, how much they have invested, and what are the new actors, among others.
Chilean business has several corporate venturing initiatives, but also over time they have been advancing equity investment, understanding that returns are not only financial but also strategic. Wayra Chile, Consortium, Engie Factory, Masisa Lab, Digevo Ventures, Güil Mobility Ventures, CMPC, Wind Ventures, Bice Ventures are leading initiatives.
ACVC meets among its partners these actors of large companies that finance startups. Years were just a couple, but they now are more than seven, and they come more for 2021.
