  • The ACVC is committed to disseminating truthful industry information, which will always be supported by validated sources.
  • The ACVC, in its role as a guild, undertakes not to prioritize the particular interests of any of its members and to ensure the organic development of all its members and associates.

  • Members agree to respect the confidentiality of their portfolio, and to handle any conflicts as privately as possible.
  • If there is a potential conflict of interest, members commit to to make the situation transparent prior to receiving information and/or meeting with the startups.
  • Members will not make public statements or value judgments about the startup and/or its founders.

Partners for LPs

  • Members commit to operate in an ethical and professional manner, reporting reliable information to their LPs and reporting relevant facts that may affect their relationship.
  • Members will seek not to prioritize the particular interests of one investor over the rest.
  • The LPs participating in the ACVC commit to respect and keep under extreme confidentiality all the information received by their GPs.
