In an extraordinary assembly, the association's members elected the new board of directors, which will be in office for two years.
The board was formed as follows:
Francisco Guzmán - Carey (Chairman); Sebastian González - Wayra (Vice Chairman); Sebastián Gilbert - Dadneo Latam (Treasurer); Luis Bermejo - Alaya Capital; Stefanie Sherman - Digevo Ventures; Cristián Velasco - WeBoost; Felipe Camposano - Taram Capital; Lorena González - Aurus; Evelyn Von Bischhoffshausen - Kayyak Ventures; and Antonia Brahm - Hero Capital.
El Mercurio's Innovation highlighted the incorporation of more women to the board of directors, as well as the great growth of ACVC.
In 2022 alone, 17 new members joined the association, 14 of whom are partners and several of them foreign.
"We have managed to consolidate the association as a powerful and relevant guild at the local level," said Francisco Guzman, who was re-elected as president of the ACVC.
