Little ponies, centaurs and unicorns? Although lights are beginning to appear of a new stage of the national ecosystem, where the growth of its ventures reach valuations of more than USD$10 MM and US$ 100 MM, a unicorn is not yet born.
Experts on the subject, including ACVC vice-president and Digevo Ventures manager Stefanie Sherman, gave their views to El Mercurio's Innovación on the state of progress of the country's startups.
"It's super hard to know what valuation they are at. In other countries, investments usually get the word out, some mutual funds sing loudly every time they close good deals."
