Last week the Fintech Forum 2023 was held, an event that brought together the entire technology community around financial solutions.
The event had a very full agenda. In one of the panels ACVC was represented by its Executive Director Magdalena Guzmán, where she shared the stage with Francisco Meneses, manager of Corfo's Investment Management, and Rafael Gago, leader of Development at FinteChile, as moderator.
The conversation reviewed the state of the art of Fintech investment in the world, Latin America and Chile. The specialists also analyzed the opportunities in nearby markets with little banking, as well as the support from the private and public world in early and more advanced stages, with concrete examples of success and international scaling.
The capital delivered to fintech companies in Latam in recent years is around 45% of the total, and in Chile the percentage is even higher.
