Technology, startups and Venture Capital protagonists in the Festival of Innovation and Future of the Catholic University.

In a new edition of the Innovation and Future Festival of the Catholic University of Chile, entrepreneurial capital was the protagonist. Different panels and instances of this encounter  

which was sponsored by the Chilean Venture Capital Association, focused on the relevance of the venture capital industry, entrepreneurship and innovation as vehicles for transforming the country towards development, where science and technology can play a fundamental role.

In the forum on Artificial Intelligence, our partner Roberto Musso, president and founder of Digevo Ventures, commented on the benefits of automation and the potential of this technology for the development of key industries in Chile.

For his part, one of the directors of the ACVC, Sebastián González, who is also Head of Corporate Venturing & Partnerships at Wayra Hispam, explained in this interview why Open Innovation and the link between large companies and entrepreneurs is more necessary than ever. 

In this edition of the UC Innovation and Future Festival, the "Puma Cage" was premiered, where Giuliana Bonaparte, Operations Manager of our partners Alaya Capital Partners, was part of the jury of the final phase of the event. In the same way, the event was also Endurance Investments S.A., Dadneo, ChileGlobal Ventures, Digevo Ventures and Wayra Hispam, funds Venture Capital members of the ACVCwere protagonists of the #SpeedDating of the meeting.
