This August 27th and 28th as an association we developed our first workshop for entrepreneurs, 50 participants who have been able to learn about the context of raising VC funding in Chile. On the first day we reviewed topics regarding how the fund manager gets involved in the startup, what to deliver and what to expect from the fund, the process of raising VC until the exit, among others. The second day reviewed the global perspective of raising capital from a VC, Corporate Venture Capital and startup engagement, valuation and negotiation of the Startup, and finally the case study of INTI-TECH, with one of its founders, Camilo Antonio Contreras Herrera, who told us about his process of raising capital with ENGIE Factory. Excellent instance and participation of the students who ended the day satisfied with the learning acquired.
