40 investment funds participated in the second Latam Co-Investment Latam Series

Forty investment funds from Latin America and the United States participated in the second version of the Co-Investment Latam Series. The event, organized by the Chilean Venture Capital Association(ACVC), the Argentine Association of Private Equity, Entrepreneurship and Seed Capital(ARCAP) and the Peruvian Association of Seed Capital and Entrepreneurship(PECAP), took place on April 22 and 23, and brought together 80 people.

The conference was divided into two fundraising rounds, from USD 200k to 1MM and USD 1MM and more, respectively. Twelve startups from the portfolios of the three associations participated.

In the first round, Digital Restaurants, Mi Tienda, Poly Natural, The Eye, Tu Cuota, and ViewMind presented their proposals. In the second round, 123Seguro, Emptor, Kitchenita, Manzana Verde, Rocketpin, and Unima sought funding.

They were heard from Chile by the funds: Consorcio, Endurance, Chile Ventures, Alaya Capital Partners, Chile Global Ventures and Dadneo; from Peru by Angel Ventures, Asesorandes, Acumen LatAm Impact Ventures, INCA Ventures, Salkantay Ventures, Wayra, Enfoca and Rimac; and from Mexico by Dila Capital, Cometa, Dux Capital, Dalus Capital, ALLVP, AC Ventures and Bastion Capital.

FCP Innovation from Ventures EPM participated from Colombia; Globant Ventures, Embarca, CITES, Meli Fund, Flambeau Capital Partners, The Yield Lab, Yavu Ventures, Sancor Seguros, Puerto Asís Investment from Argentina; and Vox Capital from Brazil. LAVCA was joined by Era, Grove Capital, Capital Hub, IBD Lab and Clout Capital.
