El Mercurio's Innovation asked 10 leaders what still needs to be done to promote entrepreneurship, innovation, science and research in the new government's program.
Among them, Francisco Guzmán, president of the ACVC, emphasized the need for the creation of a Fund of Funds, which as of yesterday has a bill in Congress, where "the State participates as an investor along with private investors and invests in other funds specialized in venture capital. This would make it possible to add new actors to startup investment".
Roberto Musso, president of Digevo Ventures (ACVC partner), said: "The new digital economy requires proposals of greater economic complexity, more specialized players and more abundant venture capital financing, not only from the state.
